• We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, and SnapScan

Custom Orders

For customizable products, we will provide a price estimation within 24-48 hours. Production will only begin once you approve the estimation and make payment.

• Material characteristics may vary naturally
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information

5. Production and Delivery

Production Time

Production times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and current workload. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping

• We ship nationwide within South Africa
• Shipping costs are included in your order estimation
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• We generally do not accept returns on custom orders
• Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
